Description
The task entailed, first, to develop a project brief for all facilities to be accommodated within the site. Bon-Arch undertook land use planning which entailed allocation of space for residential, education, administration, and recreation, commercial and farming activities. Some of the facilities and spatial requirements accommodated included; Skills dormitory, Skills kitchen and training centre, Cottages, Kitchen and dining, Chapel, Director’s residence, Guest house, Primary school and pre-school, Infirmary, junior & senior staff housing, provision for a bio digester and a farm.
